Portions of West Central Texas, including the Concho Valley, are under a hazardous weather outlook. The National Weather Service at San Angelo says scattered thunderstorms will continue through tonight. Although widespread rainfall is not likely, each of these storms could produce brief, locally heavy rainfall and the potential for localized flooding of low-lying areas.
