A San Angelo man has been arrested in connection with a robbery that occurred at a downtown area bar last Thursday evening. After being identified in surveillance video, 28-year-old Joe Anthony Dill, AKA Castro, was found at a residence in the 100 block of North Malone Street on Saturday. Dill allegedly went to the Office Bar on East Concho and was seen stealing money from a tip jar. When asked to stop, he reportedly began throwing furniture and demanded money from an employee. Appearing to be armed, police say Dill took the employee's wallet and fled. No one was injured.
