Officials in San Angelo say the city lost a lot of water Saturday.
They say a water main break in the middle of the city caused the loss.
Crews could not find the valve right away to cut off the water in the line that broke. It took them eleven hours to fix the six-foot break and restore water to customers in the immediate area.
