The Tom Green County Commissioners Court held a long discussion about amending county construction specifications for water supply line installation. The Commissioners took no action on that proposal, but did approve a request from Millersview Doole Water Supply Corporation to put water lines in county right of way. Engineers say they’re doing everything they can to put lines on private property, but some property owners are not willing to allow it.
