The San Angelo City Council will be talking this morning about how much money it will need in the coming year and how to raise that money. The budget workshop gets underway at nine o'clock. There will be no public comment and no action taken by the council. Deputy City Clerk Bryan Kendrick told the San Angelo Standard Times "It's more staff giving an in-depth look at the budget."
