One neighborhood shines above rest on new ASU report

The ASU Center for Community Wellness, Engagement, and Development used census numbers to prepare a report on the quality of life for seniors across the city, and found nearly 14 percent of the population was above the age of 65 in 2010. That's up four percent from a decade ago. The Santa Rita neighborhood earned the best quality of life score on the survey.
