The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for portions of West Central Texas, including the Concho Valley. Scattered thunderstorms are expected this afternoon and evening, mainly west of a line from Coleman to Sonora. The main hazards with any thunderstorms that develop will be locally damaging wind gusts and deadly cloud-to-ground lightning
