The National Weather Service at San Angelo has issued a hazardous weather outlook for portions of West Central Texas, including the Concho Valley. Isolated thunderstorms are possible this afternoon and evening, mainly along and southeast of a line from San Angelo to Brownwood. The main threats will be strong winds and dangerous cloud to ground lightning.
