Three downtown businesses--all on Concho Avenue--were burglarized Monday morning: Concho Pearl, Concho Quiltery and Planet 51. Later in the day, an officer noticed a suspicious vehicle near the Abe Street Ramp and Sante Fe Park Drive. Inside was a sleeping man along with some jewelry display boxes. Police say 19-year-old Justin Michael Chappell admitted to the burglaries and was arrested.
