Two Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives were recently captured in West Texas. On June 28, 29-year old Antwoin Leroy Parson was arrested in Lubbock during a prostitution sting at a local motel. DPS says he's a Crips gang member with 17 other arrests. On June 29, 27-year old Marcos Alberto Caldera, Jr. was taken into custody by US Marshals and DPS troopers on a parole violation. DPS says he's a Tango Blast gang member. In 2012, DPS and other agencies have arrested 20 Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives and Sex Offenders, including 14 gang members. These two arrests were not the result of tips, but Texas Crime Stoppers has paid $45,000 so far this year to people who have offered anonymous tips.
