WTU Retail Energy is launching the Food First Summer Bag Program with the Concho Valley Regional Food Bank. The first-of-its-kind summer program provides biodegradable plastic bags for each organization to fill with nutritious, easy-to-open food to send home with children on weekends. The initiative joins forces with food banks across the state to help fight childhood hunger. It will be happening tomorrow from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Immanuel Baptist Church on East 14th Street in San Angelo.
