San Angelo police say they've arrested a man for stealing copper tubing from a local air conditioning company. 57-year-old Joseph Gray Fineron of San Angelo allegedly admitted to the theft. The tubing was worth several hundred dollars and police say Fineron had tried to sell it to a local recycler. He's facing several charges, including burglary.
