A new law forces suspected drunk drivers give blood samples, and the crackdown continues through the weekend. The operation, dubbed "No Refusal Weekend," runs through Sunday and has DPS Troopers along with county sheriff’s offices across Texas watching for suspected drunk drivers. Under the new law, search warrants can be obtained quickly to take blood samples from suspected impaired motorists if they refuse to submit to breath or blood tests.
