More testimony is on tap today in the Washington, DC trial to determine whether Texas' controversial voter ID law violates the federal Voting Rights Act. Witnesses are expected to include experts backing the Justice Department view, which is that the Texas law could disenfranchise hundreds of thousands of voters. The Justice Department blocked Texas' new law in March. Texas, in turn, sued the Justice Department.
