High court candidate visits

A candidate for the Texas Supreme Court, known for his conservative views, makes a campaign stop in San Angelo today. John Devine will attend a luncheon sponsored by conservative groups at Zentner's Daughter Steak House. Devine is known for keeping the Ten Commandments hanging in the Houston courtroom where he served as a judge. He also claims he's been arrested more than three dozen times for protesting abortion.
