Triple-A says gas prices have stabilized and are expected to show little change through the end of the year. In Texas, the statewide average price for regular is three-14 a gallon, down one cent from last week. Gas-buddy-dot-com reports the price in San Angelo ranges from three-10 to three-21 a gallon.
