The National Weather Service at San Angelo has issued a hazardous weather outlook for West Central Texas, including the Concho Valley. Patchy fog and light drizzle will continue to develop this morning mainly east of a line from Sweetwater to San Angelo to Brady. Be prepared for reduced visibility and slick areas on roadways.
