The National Weather Service at San Angelo has lifted a wind advisory but a freeze warning remains in effect for west central Texas, including the Concho Valley. Freezing temperatures of 29 to 32 degrees are likely this morning, especially in river valleys and low-lying areas. These conditions can kill crops and other sensitive vegetation. Pets should be brought indoors.
