The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for west central Texas, including the Concho Valley. Forecasters in San Angelo say isolated thunderstorms may develop across western portions of the Councho Calley and North Edwards Plateau this afternoon. While severe weather is not expected, gusty winds and dangerous cloud-to-ground lightning will be possible.
