As San Angelo continues under Drought Level Two, the city is conserving water. Wednesday, San Angelo used 10 million gallons of water compared to 17-point-four million on the same date last year. That's the biggest difference to date this year. Remember, under Drought Level Two, watering is restricted to no more than one inch once a week.
