Three adults, including a Concho County Sheriff’s Deputy have been charged with serving alcohol to minors at a high school graduation party, last month. 54 year old Rosario Botello, 44 year old Silvia Campos and 47 year old Felipe Bernal Junior turned themselves in, after warrants were issued for their arrests.
