The family of a missing Oklahoma City man has hired a private investigation firm to find him. They haven’t given up hope. 71 year old Abraham Soto drove to San Angelo to help his friend, Ismael Torres. They picked up his vehicle, which had broken down, fixed it and were in the process of driving back to Oklahoma City. Soto was pulled over for a busted taillight, outside of Wichita Falls, on May 27th. He and his friend, who was in his own car, continued on. Soto’s car was found on June 23, stripped, on some private property in Oklahoma. He’s described as Mexican American, five foot five, 225 pounds, with short gray hair and a scorpion tattoo on his right arm.
