The National Weather Service at San Angelo has issued a hazardous weather outlook for parts of West Central Texas, including the Concho Valley. Isolated showers or thunderstorms are possible today. If a thunderstorm forms, it could produce cloud-to-ground lightning strikes that could spark a grass fire in areas of dry vegetation.
