A poem written by an Angelo State University professor of English has been included in the 2013 Texas Poetry Calendar. The newly-published annual desk calendar features Texas-themed poetry and pairs the weeks of the year with the works of more than 90 poets, including Dr. Chris Ellery's poem "Christ the King Sunday at the Carmelite Hermitage near Christoval." The Texas Poetry Calendar, in its 15th year of publication by Dos Gatos Press of Austin, is available online at Amazon-dot-com and at independent bookstores throughout the state.
