San Angelo Police patrol and traffic officers worked LIDAR--Light Detection and Ranging--traffic enforcement near the 2100 block of West Houston Harte from Wednesday morning from 7:45 to 10:15. It resulted in 21 citations for speeding, including someone going 83 in a 65-mile-an-hour zone, five for not having insurance and one for expired registration plus one warning.
