San Angelo police say that family members have identified a man who collapsed and died Monday afternoon. He was found unconscious in the 2900 block of Sherwood Way, near the ATC building and was dead on arrival at Shannon Medical Center. He had no ID on his person but family members later identified him as 42-year-old Pedro "Pete" Serabia of San Angelo. Medical complications are listed as the cause of death and no signs of trauma were observed.
