Tropical Storm Isaac continues to close in on the northern Gulf Coast. Forecasters at the National Hurricane Center say Isaac should become a hurricane today and approach the coast of Louisiana sometime tonight or early tomorrow. A hurricane warning is up from east of Morgan City, Louisiana, to the Alabama-Florida border. As of 5 AM, Isaac was located about 205 miles south-southeast of Biloxi, Mississippi, moving northwest at 12 miles an hour with top winds of 70 miles an hour.
