The local San Angelo Service Chapter of Royal Neighbors of America, a fraternal insurance company, will be presenting a check today to Howard College. The money is to be used by students who need to buy books and supplies. The chapter is planning to do this each August for at least the next four years. Members are hoping others in the community will follow their lead and also donate.
