A fugitive featured in February of this year as San Angelo's Most Wanted has been captured. 59-year-old Frutoso Lozano Puente was wanted in Hobbs, New Mexico, for criminal assault of a minor. He was said to have friends of relatives in San Angelo. On Monday, he was arrested in Mexico on an Interpol hit. Mexican officials turned Puento over to the U.S. Marshals Service in El Paso.
