San Angelo police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who collapsed and died Monday afternoon. He was found unconscious in the 2900 block of Sherwood Way, near the ATC building and was dead on arrival at Shannon Medical Center. He had no ID on his person. He is described as an Hispanic male in his mid-40's, 5-7 to 5-10, 180 to 200 pounds with black hair in a five-inch long braid. He was wearing a black "Off the Rack Deer Hunting" brand t-shirt, blue jeans and white athletic shoes with blue trim. If you know anything about this man's identity, contact San Angelo police.
