After starting with nearly four thousand possible candidates there are now five names on the list of possible replacements for departed San Angelo City Manager Harold Dominguez. The permanent position has been vacant since Dominguez left in March to become City Manager of Longmont, Colorado. Now, the San Angelo City Council has four Texans and one from the largest suburb of Phoenix to choose from. You'll have a chance to meet the candidates and ask questions, too. While the Council will conduct formal interviews with each candidate privately next Tuesday and Wednesday, all of them will be available for a meet-and-greet with the public on Tuesday evening from six to eight at the McNease Convention Center.
