San Angelo police say they've arrested three people suspected of being responsible for at least 20 cases of criminal mischief throughout the city. That includes BBs and rocks being used to break windows out of vehicles, homes and businesses. One incident resulted in 25-hundred dollars in damage at Jim Bass Ford. 17-year-old Collin Whitlock was arrested on Monday, a 16-year-old male was arrested Wednesday and a 15-year-old male was arrested Thursday.
