The City Council has approved three and a half million dollars in incentives for a high-tech medical device manufacturer to locate its permanent operations plant in San Angelo. The agreement with MedHab involves financial help for employees, a building, capital investments and the leasing or purchase of equipment to expand the company in San Angelo. MedHab estimates it will eventually generate more than 220 new jobs.
