A San Angelo man has been indicted for murder. 54-year-old Robert Wayne Bain is accused of fatally shooting 38-year-old Steve Joe Gutierrez Junior. The killing took place last March at a residence on east 25th Street. Authorities say Bain and his wife had been having marital problems and, just before the shooting, Bain found Gutierrez helping his wife pack up to leave their home.
