A hazardous weather outlook has been issued for portions of West Central Texas, including the Concho Valley. The National Weather Service at San Angelo says isolated thunderstorms will be possible south of a line from Iraan to Eldorado to San Saba this afternoon and evening. The primary threat will be dangerous lightning. The stronger storms will have the potential to produce localized damaging winds.
