Mosquito spraying continues

As the West Nile virus continues to spread across Texas, the the City of San Angelo continues its systematic effort to spray every street and alleyway for mosquitoes. Weather permitting, the City’s two spray trucks will treat streets and alleys from 5 AM to AM and from 7 PM to 11 PM every day, including Saturdays and Sundays, until the entire community has been treated. The city is also treating small standing bodies of stagnant water, such as in the Red Arroyo, with larvicide to prevent mosquito larvae from hatching.
