A student in the Angelo State University Honors Program has been chosen to attend The Washington Center's Campaign 2012 Academic Seminar in Charlotte, North Carolina, which began Sunday and will continue through September 7th. Preston Wimberly is one of only about 100 students that will take part in the program to be held on site at the Democratic National Convention. It will examine the role of the national political conventions in the presidential nomination process.
