A former San Angelo City Councilman and San Angelo ISD School Board member has failed to get on the ballot for Tom Green County Commissioner in Precinct One. According to a news release from County Judge Mike Brown, Daniel Cardenas failed to get a sufficient number of qualified signatures on his petition. Cardenas was seeking to run as an independent candidate.
