A car versus motor scooter accident in San Angelo Tuesday afternoon left an elderly man injured. Police say 83-year-old David Rogers was on the scooter heading east on West College Street when he was hit by a Toyota at the intersection with North Chadbourne. Rogers was wearing a helmet, according to police, who are investigating the collision.
