The State of the City address to members of the San Angelo Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday focused on water conservation. Interim city manager Michael Dane spoke at the annual luncheon held at the West Texas Training Center. Dane said residents must continue to conserve water and hope for more rainfall to prevent further water restrictions.
