San Angelo's Most Wanted this week is a fugitive sought for failing to register as a sex offender. 42-year-old Rojelio Ray Ortega is 5-11, 190 pounds with black hair and hazel eyes. His last known address was in the 600 block of West 15th Street and he was last seen last month, walking away from that residence.
