Tomorrow's funeral for a slain Reagan County deputy will include a procession escorted by San Angelo police and police units from across the state. Deputy Josh Mitchell's funeral will be a ten o'clock tomorrow morning at First Baptist Church in Big Lake. Plans shaping up today for a funeral procession that will run from San Angelo to Big Lake along Sherwood Way and on to U-S 67. Police say citizens are welcome to line the route as long as it's safe. Meanwhile, the man accused of killing Mitchell and precipitating a 17-hour SWAT team standoff last week is in Shannon Medical Center in San Angelo with a head wound that police say may have been self-inflicted. Marcus Madison is accused of gunning Mitchell down in a Big Lake alley last Wednesday night.
