Tom Green County is once again under a burn ban. County commissioners issued the ban as drought conditions continue. It's in effect for 90 days. You're not allowed to do any outdoor burning or to cook outdoors with charcoal or wood, but you can cook outside with propane or white gas. Violators can face fines of up to 500 dollars.
