Gas prices started to fluctuate last week, however, Triple-A says it’s unlikely gas prices will spike in the coming weeks. Fuel demand numbers are down and U.S. oil stockpiles are up. The nationwide average price of regular gas is three-52 a gallon, up two cents from a week ago. The statewide average in Texas is three-34, up one cent. And, according to gas-buddy-dot-com, the price in San Angelo ranges from three-16 to three-35 a gallon.
