A junior in Angelo State University's Honors Program has been selected as a Presidential Fellow by the Center for the Study of the Presidency and Congress. A political science major and philosophy minor from Colleyville, Donald "Trey" Moore is one of some 70 Presidential Fellows who will participate in a 10-month non-resident fellowship. They will also attend two conferences in Washington, DC. where they will network with top policymakers and government leaders.
