A portion of Hillside Drive, a popular route for runners, joggers and walkers adjacent to Lake Nasworthy, will be closed for about one week beginning a week from Monday, July 15th, to repair a storm drain culvert that is failing under the roadway. Also known as the “KOA” running route, Hillside will be closed to vehicular and pedestrian traffic from just beyond the KOA campground on the hill’s east side to its northeast corner. Walkers and runners are advised to avoid the area until the project is completed. Again, that will start July 15th.
