Perhaps more rain will help reverse a trend. At the end of last week, San Angelo's water usage, which had been going down, went up: from 14-point-thjree million gallons Thursday to 19 million on Friday and 16-point-three million Saturday. The city reminds you: "Do your part; be water smart!"
