A San Angelo Symphony tradition continues today: the 26th annual July 3rd Pops Concert will take place at the Bill Aylor Senior Memorial RiverStage. The gates open at noon for those who want to stake their claim and lay out their blankets early; the Community Band will begin at 7 PM, followed by the Symphony and Fireworks Extravaganza at 8:30p.
