Low-speed chase

On Tuesday afternoon, a San Angelo police officer tried to stop a vehicle for running a stop sign at 6th and Main. Despite the officer activating his emergency lights and siren, the vehicle failed to pull over. A low-speed chase continued south on Main until the vehicle made a u-turn in Diego's Burritos and headed north on Main. It finally stopped at East 22nd Street and the two occupants were taken into custody. 21-year-old Edward Crisp and 22-year-old Timothy Espinoza were arrested on several charges, including possession of marijuana, which was found in the vehicle.
