The Texas Association of Realtors calls it an example of how the Lone Star State is leading the nation’s economic recovery. The latest edition of the Texas Quarterly Housing Report indicates the real estate market continues to show marked improvements over last year. Single family home sales were up 13 percent and the median price was up seven percent over the second quarter of last year.
